Joyce Lassiter Fleming is a native of Augusta, Ga where she was born and raised. Joyce is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She is not only bold and relentless, but also compassionate. Her caring, creative nature distinguishes her apart from other leaders. Joyce has a positive outlook on life. As an Author she talks about how she changed nagative thought patterns that held her mind hostage for years. As a Relationship Coach she thrives to help build strong,healthy and fulfilling family relationships. She is a former therapeutic Foster Parent, she housed and cared for both male and female youth and teens. She assisted them in finding realistic ways to deal with their abuse and separation from their families, to afford them a brighter future. She observed and experienced how the abuse and separation affected their behaviors as well as their coping skills. Her desire to help others is generated by caring for these youth as well as from her various struggles of mental, emotional and physical abuse that she also experienced as a child and in her past adult life. She understands too well the strain mental, emotional and physical abuse can have on one’s life, as it caused her many failed relationships in her past life. This is the driving force behind her passion and dedication to helping families to overcome past and present obstacles which hinder them from establishing and enjoying healthy,strong and fulfilling relationships. She sees helping others not as a job but as an adventure.
